Dry goods ("MECHANICAL AND MANUAL")
You as the customer have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods sold by us ("PREDATOR AQUATICS LTD") this 14 days starts from the date of delivery to yourself the customer.
You then have 14 days to return the product(s)("At your own expense") to us that you wish to cancel, Upon the products arriving back to us (in a unopened unused state - if opened and used voids refund) We then have 14 days ("Legally") to issue your full refund minus any postage costs.
You as the customer agree to our ("PREDATOR AQUATICS LTD") delivery terms, We ship on a first in first out basis, Orders always are and always will be shipped out in the order they arrive to us, If you make a pre-order and then that order arrives with us it will only be shipped out once it has finished it's quarantine period of 7 days once this time has passed your order will then be queued to the next available shipping day, "We will not bump your order and try and send it sooner because you have waited so please do not ask". We have procedures and we will follow them to a T.
If you decide you no longer want your item ("LIVE FISH") You must give us at minimum 72 hours notice as fish are not fed prior to shipping and we will not be able to cancel your order once it has already been processed for shipping.
If you make a pre-order you enter into a none refundable contract with ourselves ("PREDATOR AQUATICS LTD") the fish you chose will be chosen and assigned to your name & order reference will be noted with the breeder and or exporter,

In the event of a damaged or lost parcel ("PREDATOR AQUATICS LTD") Follows very strict procedures and protocols, A decision will be made by a member of upper management in each individual case, A replacement or refund will only be issued ("Minus shipping fees") when the case has been view by both the courier ("APC Overnight Services")("NATIONAL DELIVERIES") or ("UPS International")("INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES")
All of our business finances are run on the last day of each week ("FRIDAYS") the online staff nor the shop staff can speed up the process.
refunded payments can and will only be refunded via the method the payment was initially made i.e. you pay by BACS you are refunded by BACS, you pay via PayPal you are refunded via PayPal,
